All bookings made through SmilesPerMiles are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving full payment and minimum registration fees. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the payment is processed.
Prices for travel services, including flights, accommodation, and tours, are subject to change due to market fluctuations, availability, or exchange rates. SmilesPerMiles reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation.
Full payment or a minimum amount is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.). SmilesPerMiles may charge a cancellation fee in addition to any charges imposed by third-party providers.
Any requests to change or modify a booking must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from both SmilesPerMiles and third-party service providers.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, etc.). SmilesPerMiles is not liable for any issues or travel disruptions resulting from insufficient or incorrect documentation.
SmilesPerMiles acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third parties. We do not accept liability for any unforeseen changes to itineraries due to weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. SmilesPerMiles is not responsible for any costs incurred due to the lack of insurance coverage.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to be aware of travel advisories or restrictions in their destination. SmilesPerMiles is not liable for any disruptions caused by governmental regulations or travel warnings.
Visa Approval is strictly subject to immigration solely. If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then we will not be liable for flight cancellation. Visa cannot be cleard once rejected by Immigration and amount is non-refundable.
In case of Overstay for International destination, penalty of USD will be imposed and must be payable by Customer/Agent
In case passenger involved in any illegal activity, all the fines & penalties must be payable by the passanger
SmilesPerMiles may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
SmilesPerMiles requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
SmilesPerMiles does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
